As Sioux Falls, South Dakota resident, Mr. Knoeppel has been married to his wife, Brooke Knoeppel, for over 14 years, and has four children. Being both a husband and a father has profoundly shaped his philosophy as an instructor. Teaching children and families for more than a decade, he understands firsthand the responsibility parents place in those who instruct their kids. This perspective drives his emphasis on age-appropriate training, safety, structure, and personal development, ensuring every student is challenged while being supported. His instruction goes beyond self-defense—focusing on confidence, accountability, respect, and life skills that carry into school, careers, and family life.
